3. Hosting
The site is hosted by:
Vercel Inc.

Application data is stored through Supabase (Supabase, Inc.), supabase.com. Payments are operated by Stripe (Stripe, Inc.).
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site — the “Moula.io” name, the logo, the texts and the interfaces — is protected by intellectual property law. The extension client is open source and distributed under the MIT licence; any other reproduction without permission is prohibited.
5. Personal data
How personal data is processed is described in our privacy policy (GDPR). For any request concerning your data, write to dpo@moula.io.
6. Payment provider
Advertiser payments and developer payouts are operated by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited — 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland). moula stores no card details and no bank details: they are collected and held by Stripe. Invoicing, its numbering and its archiving are likewise handled by Stripe.
7. Reporting illegal content
Under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services (DSA), anyone may report content they believe to be illegal that has been shown through moula, at hello@moula.io with “Illegal content report” as the subject. Please state the text of the ad, the brand shown, the approximate date and time, and the reason.
We acknowledge receipt, examine the report, and tell you the decision and the grounds for it. Developers also have a report button in their own dashboard, on every ad they have been shown; the thresholds and what they trigger are set out in the advertising charter.
8. Consumer mediation
Any consumer resident in the European Union may raise a dispute with us in writing. Failing a satisfactory reply from us, they may refer the matter to a consumer mediator.
9. Accessibility
The site is built to meet level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2): full keyboard navigation, checked contrast ratios, adequate target sizes, labels written for screen readers, and respect for system settings — dark theme, forced contrast, reduced motion. Each of those settings is a choice the person has already made; we follow it rather than override it.
No formal RGAA audit has been carried out yet, so no compliance percentage is stated here — we would rather claim nothing than display a figure nobody has verified. The compliance statement will be published on this page once the audit has taken place.
If a page, a feature or a document is inaccessible to you, write to hello@moula.io. We undertake to reply within 5 working days and to offer you a solution — if need be by sending you the information another way while the defect is being fixed.
10. Cookies
moula sets no advertising cookies and no analytics trackers. The only cookies used are those strictly necessary for the service to work — essentially your session once you are signed in — which are exempt from prior consent. The detail is in the privacy policy.
