Your status bar is worth something.
Install moula: a small sponsored line appears while your agent works, when a campaign is running. Nothing else changes about how you code.
What it actually pays
Side income, not a salary. The figures below come from the real rate and the real cadence — we would rather show a small exact number than a big invented one.
- Per day
- €1.20
- Per year
- €316.80
Basis: a new ad every 30 seconds, so 240 billable impressions a day whenever an ad is available. An impression only counts after 10 seconds of real display, cross-checked against the server clock. Your share: 50 % of the CPM, or €0.0050 per impression.
At that rate, the €5.00 payout threshold is reached in 7 days.
Honest, and under your control
50 % of gross
Every impression displayed on your machine pays you half its gross value — a real half of the real gross, not a share of some “net” we would define as we please. The maths is public: it is the same one shown to advertisers.
Nothing counts unless it was seen
An impression only pays you after 10 seconds of real display, window in the foreground, measured against our clock. A line served but never shown pays nobody — and costs the advertiser nothing either.
No patching, no auto-update
The client owns exactly one status-bar item. It never patches your editor or other extensions, and it never updates itself.
Your key, your control
In the terminal the machine authorises itself in your browser — no key to paste. In the editor the key lives in VS Code’s secure storage, not in a plain setting. Regenerate it whenever you like.
npx moula-cli pause.Free, no commitment. Uninstall whenever you like and your balance stays withdrawable.
